Four stations of a consignment
Each shipment passes the same stations. At each one the recipient learns exactly one thing: what happens next.
Booking received
Reference number, pickup address and the agreed date. Sent to whoever placed the order, once.
Picked up
The goods are on the vehicle. The message names the carrier and gives the tracking reference — no catalogue, no upsell.
Delivery window
On the day of delivery: a two-hour window and a link to move the date if nobody will be there.
Delivered
Time of handover and who signed. After this message the consignment closes and so does the mail flow.
What our customers sign up to
A delivery notice is opened because it matters today. Mixed with advertising it turns into one more mail people learn to ignore.
- Notices go only to the sender or recipient named on the consignment.
- No offers, vouchers or partner advertising inside status messages.
- Recipient addresses from deliveries are never turned into a marketing list.
- Once the consignment is delivered or returned, the messages stop.
- Every notice says which carrier sent it and how to reach them.
